ARCHITECTURE AND ENVIRONMENT
THEORIES OF ASIAN ARCHITECTURE
The components of environmental conditions and issues are introduced in this module. It focuses on the good and negative effects of human involvement on the environment, as well as the link between buildings and the natural system. Lectures and conversations will introduce students to basic environmental awareness. Furthermore, the module teaches students to the fundamental elements of climate and their effects on architecture, with the goal of assisting students in developing ecologically sensitive and pleasant building designs. This module will include formative and summative assessments in the form of an assignment, an exam, and a case study.
