INTERPRETATION AND REPRESENTATION:
PRINCIPLES, TECTONICS AND SENSORY
We were given the task of creating a monochromatic interpretive model as well as six presentation boards that included orthographic drawings, an exploded axonometric, architectural abstracts, tectonic details, and tattoo stamps.
PROGRESS
I created a design narrative through a series of sketches and iterations at the beginning. I refined the design after it was approved by the tutor to create a definite final form of what would become the penultimate design.
I started on the presentation boards, specifically the orthographic drawings and exploded axonometric drawing, after I was satisfied with the final refinement. I began the foundations of my final model at the same time.
I finished my model and minor elements of the presentation boards, such as tectonic details, tattoo stamps, and architectural abstracts, as the deadline approached. Finally, I combined them into a presentation slide format for use during the online session.
